Ron for Model Number SHV4803 UC/12 I had a bad circulation pump I replaced it and wired it like the old pump black on 1, white /purple on 2 and purple on 3 now the motor will not run. My question is the wiring different on this model for the replacement pump.
Answer Ron, The wiring should be the same and it would be recommended to check to see if there is 120 vac getting to the motor.
