Shaun for Model Number SHX43C02UC/46 Dishwasher fills normally, but circulation pump does not start. No leaks of any kind. Float switch was replaced several years ago. Don't think I hear anything from the circulation pump, no humming, nothing. All lights on control panel are working normally. Dishwasher drains normally. Actually goes through all the cycles normally, just never turns on the circulation pump. The last two times it ran, I did notice the dishes were not quite as hot as usual, but I always run in the eco/no heat mode. Is this a bad pump or something else? And is there a way to test for power at the motor by testing the controls board so I don't have to take everything apart to get to the motor? Thank you!

If voltage is present, the motor has likely failed. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Saturday, December 2, 2023
