Jj for Model Number WFMC3200UC Found out while having the control board replaced that it is missing the spring(s) on the door gasket - may be removed during a prior repair. Do I need to buy one or two? In some of the stories, people are describing 2 of them. I've been operating this machine for years without the springs, are there any major risks besides minor leaking from not having them on?
Answer JJ, Thanks for the question!!! There are two springs for the door bellows. One at the door opening and one at the rear of the bellows (attaching the bellows to the tub). Yeah, the risk is a major leak! If the bellow/gasket pops off the water will be everywhere. The part numbers are 00644646 and 00648264.
