Karl for Model Number SHU5312UC6 I replaced a control module w/2H error code with a new module and connected the jumper plug as it was on the old board. The new module showed a 2H error code again on the second cycle. Is the jumper plug used on the new module? Is there potentially something else wrong?
Answer Karl, The 2H error code is an indication that the last wash cycle was too long, greater than 99 minutes. This could be that the water is coming into unit is too cold or the heater system has a fault. Possibly a bad heater, Hi-limit, flow switch, NTC, or control module heater relay. Since the control unit was just replaced you will want to test the other parts of the heating system. Also check for broken wires that come through door that go to the heater circuit. Read More...
