Rod My Bosch dishwasher SHE55R55UC continues to run and does not stop at the scheduled time. This has gone on for several days. It does not get to the drain cycle point on its own. The water remaining in the bottom of the washer is soapy. By pressing the two reset buttons (heavy and normal) the timer goes to zero. Closing the door starts the drain cycle and it drains within one minute. There are still soap bubbles remaining. I added some cups of water to dilute the bubbles and repeated making it drain by pressing the reset buttons. I think the machine had not gone through the rinse cycle leaving a lot of soap bubbles. We use "Finish" soap tabs and "Finish" rinse agent. After making it drain we are running a normal cycle of 120 minutes with no soap tab, trying to get the washed dishes rinsed. It seems to be running through its cycles and draining after about 15 minutes, and refilling. Looking inside partially through this cycle the water in the tub is very soapy...but none had been added. Could the bubbles be coming from the rinse agent? It hasn't completed its cycle, and has 90 min. left. There seems to be more soap bubbles than when we were using the soap tab! Help!
Answer Rod, it is possible that the suds you are seeing is soap residue withing the dishwasher itself which can increase the run time of a dishwasher. You may want to run a cleaning cycle while using Affresh [w10282479]. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, April 3, 2019
