Eric for Model Number she43rl6uc My she43rl6uc is not heating up the water, dishes aren't getting clean, and E1 is displayed on the error check program. The troubleshooting guide for she43rl6uc says at 77 degrees the resistance on the NTC unit should be 458409 ohms. The 6.2 and 6.4 orange wires (which connect directly to the NTC) read 46k ohms. I purchased a replacement, and that NTC unit it's also reading 46k ohms. I calibrated my multimeter against some resistors of known resistance, and it appears to be working properly. Does the guide have a typo and it should be about 46k ohms or did I get two NTCs that both are broken the same way?
