Jeff for Model Number SHV55R53UC/64 We have what seems to be two problems. 1.) although the machine pumps out, brings in water, and pumps the water through the spray arm, there is nothing showing on the display. We put in a new control board, and it made no difference. 2.) cannot close the door; somehow the latch will just not let the door close.
