Rachel for Model Number JD86510AWP The top rack of the dishwasher falls off the runners/gliders when you pull it out. I am unsure what part I need. The handle that opens the dishwasher has broken off. Also there is a great deal of rust and broken tongs in top and bottom racks. I would like to replace those as well.We are trying not to replace unit yet to save some money. Priority would be to fix top rack first!!! Thank you, Rachel
Answer Rachel, At the end of the rails of the upper rack there should be endcaps WP99002135. If those are missing then you will need to get those for the dishwasher.
