Worksong for Model Number SHP65TL5UC/02 My dispenser failed in a different manner. It opens every cycle...but so late that the detergent pod doesn't dissolve. I find it intact, wrapped on the d/w floor. Is this definitely a defective dispenser, or could there be another cause? (FYI--my water is approx 130 degrees, & I run @ the sink before each cycle.) What kind of dispenser defect could cause this behavior?
Answer Worksong, The only way the dispenser door will not open would be that the door is sticking and not opening.
