Brian for Model Number SHU9950 There is foam after in the bottom after the wash cycle. I emptied the soap and rinse dispensers but there is still soap after a wash or rinse cycle. We do have soft water but it's never done this before. The washer drains well as I can see it flush out from the disposer hole. Thanks in advance.
Answer Brian, This issue sounds like it could be caused by accidentally putting dish liquid in the rinse dispenser. What you can do is to put 1 table spoon of vegetable oil in the tub of the dishwasher and run a cycle.
