Mike for Model Number shu43c05uc/14 I just took the door panel off to get a look at the dispenser assembly. It appears to have dried cleaning powder inside. Is this normal or is it time to replace. Also, the soap holder does not want to stay closed. Thanks
Answer Hi Mike. The soap dispenser assy. is part # 00488964. You can "Dishwasher Magic" to clean the dishwasher monthly. It is part # TJ104.Remove and clean all wash arms and interior top pump filters/ chopper blad accummilation. This will repair your issue and bring the unit up to a better performance level.
