Mark for Model Number HGI8054UC/05 Seems we had a power surge/outage mid-day about a week ago. The next morning we noted that the clock on the display panel was running slow. Later that night the display was completely blank/non-responsive. Confirmed power was good to the outlet...so it seems that the control panel is fried? Before I replace it with part: 00758968 , wanted to see if there's anything else it could be.
Answer Mark, The front panel is powered through a control board mounted on the back of the unit. You do have a schematic also mounted to the rear panel to help with terminal locations. If the control in the rear is sending voltage to the user interface then replace the user interface. No power from control in the rear then that board needs replaced. Unfortunately, we do not have a schematic of this unit to help with connector and pin locations. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, October 24, 2019
