Nancy for Model Number SHX33M05UC/46 Th dishwasher is not draining. I've checked the basket area and below but there is no blockage. I suspect it's the drain hose. our water line to the dishwasher is a copper line. Do I still disconnect it from under the sink or under the front of the washer?
Answer Nancy, You would turn the water supply off under the kitchen sink, and disconnect the copper water supply line from the water inlet valve in the bottom area in the front of the dishwasher. Then disconnect the drain hose from the plumbing fixtures under the sink, and slide the dishwasher out of the cabinet and carefully lay the dishwasher on it's back, to access and replace the drain hose.
