Katie for Model Number Thermador rdss30qw I just replaced the timer/led control box. I can now read the led, it had dimmed almost completely. Everything works except the 2 left burners, they do not ignite, no spark sound. The right side works fine. I took the front panel off again to see if there were any pinched wires, and made sure the connections were all tight. Any suggestions? Also, how do you lift the stove cover?
Answer Hello Katie, This sounds like the start switches to those surface burners have failed. Thermador calls these potentiometers. The part number is 00497235.
