Strat Your rep told my wife that part #189324 was a replacement for part # 189786 because this part was discontinued and #189324 was developed because there was still a demand for this part. My wife ordered and paid for this part. I have ordered a technician from BSH Home Appliance to install this part on Augest 9th. Can he make this part # 189324 work by modification? The problem is the ignition head is missing, all other parts of the Thermador model SGCV36G are in like new condition. The left rear burner when turned on emits gas but obviously will not function without the ignition head. Help!!
