Fred for Model Number Bosch stove top NGM 8054UC My sister has this model stove top. The center burner igniter has fallen down inside. Can the burner be removed to repair ? Does this sound like something I could do? Fred R.
Answer Fred, Yes, it should be something you can do. You will need a 20mm socket to remove the burner venturi tubes and after you remove all the burner tubes, you'll need to remove or raise the cooktop assembly to access the igniter and igniter wire(s), so make sure to remove power to the cook top and turn off the gas supply before you start.
