Elena for Model Number Thermador Dual Fuel PRSE304/36/48 Using the front ExtaLow sealed gas surface burner causes constant sparking on all burners, which is very difficult to stop. The range manual states that constant sparkling is due to improper grounding or incorrectly polarized electrical power supply. Could it be that the igniter is broken and needs to be replaced instead? The unit has been installed and in the same place for over ten years. Doubt that grounding is the issue. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
