Sma69 for Model Number PD364GLBS/01 Can a spark re-igniter fail on just one burner? My first problem was the two XLO burners would not light. There was no spark. I replaced the two potentiometers. It did not correct the problem. Last weekend I replaced the gas simmer controller. Now the front XLO burner sparks when the back XLO burner control knob is turned, and gas flows when the back XLO burner knob is turned. This results in both XLO burners working when I manually light the back XLO burner. Now I didn't see any wires we could have crossed in this process so I'm questioning if Bosch has crossed the wires internally in the upgraded gas simmer controller? So where do I go from here? My inclination is to replace the spark re-igniter, but could this module fail on just one burner?
Answer Hello Sma69. Yes, you will need to order and replace the spark module on the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Tuesday, September 25, 2012
