Hello, Remove all of the grates, knobs, and burner caps. Remove the nuts from the center, (which are called venturi's), and get a towel for each end of the unit to protect the counter top. Carefully remove the star burners and unplug the ignitor wires from the bottom of them. Set these aside carefully, carefully protecting the ignitors. Turn off the gas to the unit and unplug it, (or turn off the breaker). Lift the unit and slide the towels under the ends of it and set it down diagonally over the opening so it will stay above counter top level. Now remove the screws from around the sides of the unit. This will enable you to raise the main top and access the internal components. Re-assembly is the reverse of the dis-assembly procedures. One note, I always put a very small amount of white lithium grease TJ20000030 on the threads of the venturi's before re-installation to prevent seizing. I also never tighten them down very tight as this will cause them to seize even with the grease in place.
