Phillip for Model Number SHP65T55UC/02 Dishwasher does not start. The control panel lights flash and I hear a soft intermittent hum (of a motor?). The red LED light does not appear on the floor. I sometimes/usually hear a loud click like the door is the door is latched. I tried disconnecting power to the unit (circuit breaker) for a few minutes and restarting... but same problem. No error codes appeared. Slight amount of water remmains in drain tub. How can/should I diagnose true cause of fault (ie, switch, motor, control panel, ???). Thanks for any help!
Answer Phillip, Check your filter to make sure that is not clogged up and check to ensure that there is the proper amount of water getting into the unit. If this is good then test to make sure that the pump is getting 120 vac to it. If it is not then this will be a faulty control board. Read More...
