Rick for Model Number Bosch SHX45M05UC/50 I hate this dishwasher. Doesn't clean well and leaves soap all over everything. It runs forever. The timer runs down to one minute and that's where it stays. The bottom is full of soapy, cool water. I read elsewhere that the problem is the control board which isn't activating the heater. The water won't heat so the cycle won't move on to rinse. Does that sound right, or is it the water valve issue? It doesn't seem like the water should be cool and soapy and I know the last minute shouldn't last for hours. Thanks.
Answer Hello Rick. Test the heater and make sure it is good. If so, you will need to order and replace the module 00676964. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
