Kristin S for Model Number SHP65TL5UC/01 I was getting the E24 error code for months. Bought a replacement drain pump from you guys and easily switched it out using your video. I didn't realize how loud my drain pump had become until the dishwasher ran with the new one! Seems to definitely have been the problem. Problem is, once I ran a cycle with the new pump, I now get the E11 error code at the end of each run. After some research, it seems this indicates an error in the temperature sensor or thermistor malfunction. Any insight into how I can have somehow caused this when replacing the pump? Seems too much of a coincidence that this error code is now popping up.
Answer Kristin, You will want to double-check the wiring on the thermistors and thermostats to make sure that there is nothing that had gotten knocked loose. This would be the most likely cause but you could just happen to have a bad thermistor as well. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Friday, August 7, 2020
