Jason for Model Number Thermador SGS365CS/02 You've addressed how to open a similar unit to my SGS365CS/02 saying that there are screws around the perimeter that release the top from the base. This is not the case for my unit. It looks like there are metal hangers that protrude out the sides the base that the base hangs from when the unit is right side up. If there were some way to push those "hangers" back inside the base it would release the base but they do not move. It looks like I would have to break the rivets holding the 4 corners of the base and bend back the sheet metal that forms the sides of the base to clear these "hangers", after which the top may come off. do you have a diagram of this unit that might clear this up?
Answer Hello Jason, If you loosen the screws in these brackets you will find that the brackets will un-hook from the appliance body for the removal of the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Thursday, March 29, 2018
