Hi Bill. A couple things to check for.... Remove the power. Remove the sump hose going from the tub to the pump intake. Inside might be clogged and the pressure switch cannot be satisfied as the pump has emptied ( 8 mins left) . Make sure the pump hoses are not clogged and the impeller is not loose spinning on the shaft. If so the pump is part # 137221600. Check the inlet water valve and make sure the incoming screens are not clogged. It is part # 134371220. Let us know if we can assist you further. Remove the lower front panel and find the tech service sheet to assist putting it into a field service test. Thank You.
