Ross, The E10 error code indicates that the fill time is too long. You will want to check the water flow coming into the unit to see if it is normal. Check the to make sure that the screens on the water inlet valve are not clogged. If clogged then clear. If the water flow while filling is normal then you will want to check the pressure switch to make sure that it is good and check the pressure hose to make sure that it is not clogged or kinked. If these check ok then you will want to replace the main board.
