Ian for Model Number Frigidaire PLD2855RFC1 The buttons have essentially stopped working and it happened out of the blue. Everything worked fine and then all of the sudden only certain settings would work. After that we would push the "Start/Cancel" button and it would cancel. Then within a few minutes that button stopped responding as well. As of now the only button that works is the "Lower Rack Only" button but the start button doesn't work so it;s useless. Our only way of stopping that cycle after pushing the button is to shut off all power to the dishwasher. My guess is that there is a short somewhere but I don't know if it's the control panel, board, or something else. Any help would be appreciated. Also, if you think it's the control panel or board and it turns out not to be is the part returnable? Thanks for your help. You are an awesome organization!
