Michael for Model Number Pld2855rfc0 My dishwaher pld2855rfc0 is not staying on. When we press normal wash, the number 96 appears on the front panel, which means we have 96 minutes to the run the full cycle. Unfortunately the number 96 (or sometimes it runs down to 89) starts to dim or blink and then just stops. We then get a blinking PF on the front panel. Then we hit the cancel button, and try again. Most of the time it stays on for a second or two and then stops again. What part should i order to fix this problem? Thanks.
Answer Hello Michael, You will want to check the main power coming into the unit under the toe panel. Check to make sure that you are getting no less than 108 vac and no more than 132 vac. If you are getting outside this range then you will need to check home supply line. You will also want to check the heater circuit to make sure that it is good. Check wiring to make sure that there are no broken or loose wires. If all this checks ok then you will need to replace the control board. Read More...
