Teej for Model Number 2537452240 In Kenmore branded refrigerator/ice maker, the ice in the tray is being melted then re-freezing. It appears there is a heater element in the bottom of the ice maker that comes on to loosen the cubes before they are dumped into the tray. I suspect this heater is overheating or staying on too long, partially melting the cubes below which then re-freeze once the heater turns off. Is there any fix or adjustment for this other than replacing the entire unit.
