Ken for Model Number FRS6LR5EM2 Hi Ken. The bail arm has to be down. Is it plugged in? Is there any ejecter blades jammed so the rotation does not work? Is the waterline kinked in back of the unit? Is the water fill tube correctly placed in the back? Is the I/Maker level? Thank you. Yes, it is plugged in and there are no problems with jammed blades. The water line is fine and it is level.
Answer Hello Ken. No, the icemaker has to get cold before the unit will cycle and bring in water. Sometimes this can take 4 to 6 hours depending on the temperature of the freezer. If it has not produced ice within 24 hours, then most likely the valve is bad and not the icemaker 5304458371. Hope this helps. Read More...
