Gran for Model Number 25354622402 (KENMORE SIDE BY SIDE) Water dispensing from door but no water going up to icemaker. checked water inlet valve for continunity, that was good. checked water supply line going to icemaker and that was dry. filter was recently changed prior to problem. I still replaced water inlet valve with your part #241734302 but the problem is still there, no water going to icemaker nor supply line up to IM. At times I could hear a kind of reving sound coming from IM How do I position ice ejector fingers in the 7 o' position? What is your professional advise to fix this problem. Thanks
Answer Hello Gran, You will want to check to make sure that the fill tube that comes from the back wall of freezer into the icemaker is not frozen. If frozen then clear ice and cycle icemaker. Icemaker can be advanced by removing front cover and turning small wheel with flat blade screwdriver counter clockwise.
