Elvis for Model Number Fridgedaire side by side about 3 yrs old Dispenser will not dispense ice or water. Both LED lights on cubed and crushed ice are lit up. Ice maker still makes ice. I just changed water filter out about 4 days before this problem occurred. When you push the paddles nothing happens no noise nothing except the night light comes on, but no ice or water comes out.
