Avery for Model Number Frigidaire FFHS2622MBNA I have a Frigidaire side by side fridge and freezer and the water and ice dispensers have stopped working, while both the crushed and cubed ice LED lights are on at the same time. The ice machine still makes ice, so it doesn't seem to be the water line; however, I'm not sure how to diagnose the problem. Additionally, we checked the child's lock and that is not engaged (at least we can turn it on and then back off and it still won't dispense ice or water). We've already replaced the water filter, and it still won't work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Answer Avery, With ice and water not working you will want to check the wire harness connection at the door hinge to make sure that there are no broken or damaged wires.
