Brian R. for Model Number PHSC39EESS5 Intermittently, when depressing the water dispenser actuator, the motor turns on and off very rapidly (water flow also rapidly starts and stops.) The related noise sounds like a solenoid going on and off. Applying heavier pressure to actuator sometimes (not always) restores normal operation. Thanks for any thoughts on which part needs replacing.
