Gary for Model Number frs23hf5aw4 What would cause my ice dispenser to continuously dispense ice? I removed everything in front of fridge to thaw some ice in water line, and when I put everything back together, and applied power, the ice dispenser began dispensing ice continuously. I eliminated the actuator switch by removing the wires. However, when I unplugged the wiring harness to the touch pad the ice dispenser stopped.So, how would I know if it's the power control board, or the touch pad sensor board?
Answer Gary, If the issue was solved when you unplugged the control board(dispenser harness) from the power control board, your issue is in the dispenser board 241700103.One of the buttons is stuck, or the circuit has shorted.
