Ted for Model Number E23CS78EPS2 When I depress the paddle for ice. The door, auger - clicks on and off but if I really push the paddle firmly and hold back firmly, the ice will dispense. Seems like something like a switch or something was depressed to far in and now is either out of adjustment or broken? Thanks
Answer Ted, It sounds like the door assembly ice chute 241688401 may be damaged. You will want to pull the dispenser apart and check the gears on the door. If the gears break it will cause the dispenser to have to be pushed in harder in order to get the ice to dispenser. Also check for the dispenser lever to be possibly be broken or cracked.
