Jeff for Model Number FFUS2613LS0 At the same time, water stopped dispensing and the ice dispensing motor doesn't activate. The motor doesn't turn on even with the ice bin removed and "closed door" switch being pressed. There is no humming from the motor. The ice machine continues to make plenty of ice. While triggering either the water or ice actuator, the night light is on as it should be. After a few times of triggering an actuator, the cubed and crushed LEDs will light up simultaneously, which is strange. I can press either the cubed or crushed button, to activate just that LED and clear the other one.
Answer Jeff, You will want to check the wiring of the door for the unit. You will want to look for loose or broken connections. You will also want to check the dispenser control board wiring to make sure that there are no loose or broken connections. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
