Lane for Model Number fex831fs4 The wash timer does not advance thru any cycles. If washing, it keeps washing, if spinning, it keeps spinning. Is there something that powers the timer motor on/off or does it get power internally? This part has been replaced about a year ago so I want to make sure it is not something else. Thank you.
Answer Hello Lane. You need to check and see if the timer motor has power, but does not advance on the unit. If so, you need to order and replace the timer on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
