Jim, Unfortunately, no, electric/electronic parts are no longer returnable. Before you replace the timer, make sure there is plenty of cold water supplied to the washer, and the fill valve cold water solenoid operates and opens. The rinse cycles are cold water fill, If there's no cold water to the washer or the cold solenoid fails, the washer will stop at the start of the rinse cycle. If there is water and the solenoid operates, then replace the timer.

Long, With the washer just continuously running then this will most likely be an issue with the timer which is part number WH12X10164.

Hello Bill. With the knob pushed in, you hold the tab on the back of the timer with needle nose pliers and then pull the knob off the timer.

Jacy, The first check is the faucets and the fill valve 134890600 Make sure the faucets are open and water has plenty of flow and pressure, then suspect the water inlet/fill valve.
