John for Model Number fgx831fs5 Washer will not drain, pump was clogged with soap powder. I cleared the clog still doesn't pump but iam only getting 38 volts to the pump. Is there a pump relay or is it burned contacts in the timer?
Answer Hello John. 38 Volts, you need to check the wiring on the unit. The power for the pump comes from the timer. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
