Bert for Model Number GLTF1040AS0 Washer fills with water and drains but will not agitate on wash cycle or on spin cycle. Also the timer runs through the wash cycle in 3 or four minutes. What could the problem be?
Answer Bert, You will want to check the door lock on the unit and check for any error codes that are on the unit. If you could locate the tech sheet it will tell you how to access the error codes.
