Al for Model Number JNM1541DN1BB Nothing on the touch pad works except the clock button, but you can't set the time because the numbers do not work. Would that indicate the need to change the touch key pad or is there something else I should check?
Answer Hello Al! Disassemble the control panel and make sure that the connection from the touch panel cable to the control board is firm and there are no corrosions.
