Jerry for Model Number JKP90DP3BB The oven hums with the door closed and stops when I open the door. No codes appear on the CP. Some research shows the problem is either the Control panel or the door switches. Not sure how to check the door switches or even where they are located. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
Answer Hello Jerry. You will need to check and see if the cooling fan is running. If so, the thermostat WB24T10127 for it may be stuck closed and keeping it turned on. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
