John April 29, 2022 for Model Number jkp90dp1bb The relay sticks on my microwave from time to time. After the timer goes goes off, the relay will stick and keep microwaving. Thought we were going to burn the house down the first time it happened. I have to pop the panel open and pack on relay until it opens. Will this part fix my issues? Mike July 18, 2020 for Model Number J KP90S P4SS Suddenly out of blue No Previous Warning ... Get 3 long beeps and the display message "Service May Be Required... Keyboard Short". Sound simple... but do I need "Control Panel" AP5318919 AND "Main Control Board AP4508655 ? Seems strange that the keyboard would "short" when nobody touched it for several days.. This is why I am asking if "main control board" has something to do with it since looks like that is where all the capacitors and bains of this unit is housed....

Brandon December 24, 2019 for Model Number JKP90SP4SS All power is lost when I shut the door, open up and wiggle the switch connector with blue and black wires and it clicks to power on, or I can wiggle and it clicks and all power is lost. The connector is tight to the contacts, this is the switch mou,ted on the back of the control panel.

Art August 26, 2019 for Model Number JKP90SP4SS The control buttons on my microwave work fine the 1st time I run the microwave. However, any subsequent attempts to run the microwave and the buttons are unresponsive. I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes before they become active again. If I open the door, then the buttons are active, but closing the door again makes them dormant and thus the "Start" button won't work for any times I've input with the door open. Some research shows the problem is either the Control panel or the door switches. Not sure how to check the door switches or even where they are located. Any suggestions or help is appreciated.
