Kshowde388 for Model Number DDSR475ET4WW My dryer seems to not heat up correctly when on High Heat settings/Cottons. I think it starts to heat then shuts the elements off. Can the 3 screws in the middle of the heat deflector be removed in order to remove the deflector from inside the tub?(i.e. can I remove the heat deflector to expose the heating elements with out taking the dryer top off and tub out?
Answer Hello Kshowde388. No, you will need to remove the drum to access the heater in the dryer. Hope this helps. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, February 8, 2012
