Jared R. for Model Number dpsr610eg1wt My drier is making a loud squealing noise. I replaced the front felt strip, belt, and tensioner pulley. The noise went away for a week but has returned. I tested running the drier empty, and the noise was reduced almost to none. The plastic "bearing" on the front panel (which is not what I would normally consider a bearing since it's a giant plastic piece), looks okay. I'm thinking I need the rear bearing kit, but not sure. I'm not sure if that includes the sleeve in the kit.
Answer Hello Jared, Bearing kit WE25M40 does include the bearing sleeve WE1M462. This noise is commonly caused by the grounding strap WE1M1015 by the time the rear bearing kit needs to be replaced.
