Dennis for Model Number NWXR473GT2WB I replaced the bearing on the back of the drum and at the same time the plastic front drum bearing and (4) slides. Within nine months the plastic front drum bearing has disintegrated and the drum has worn the metal around the door opening paper thin from contact. Might I have done something wrong to promote this? What should I do in terms of repair this time to ensure some longevity for the replacement parts? Thanx
Answer Hello Dennis. You will need to replace the front panel WE49X22295, bearing WE3M26, Glides WE03X37318 and WE03X37317, rear bearing kit WE25M40 and the drum assembly WE21X20562 to do a proper repair on the damaged parts.
