My icemaker is only filling 1-2 cubes at a time, and I am wondering if the filter is plugged, so it is preventing water to flow thru valve, into the tray. Either way, how does one check the filter? What is its life?
Answer Hello Kerry, we don't have a way to advise on how to test your water filter. Rule of thumb is to replace the water filter every six months. On most units the water filter will only the water going to the water dispenser. Remember to purge your system from air, if you decide to replace the filter. Thanks! Read More...
