Answer Sandra, You would want to determine if the icemaker is cycling and on some icemakers there will be a test button you can use to do this. If there is no test button then you could grab the fingers in the icemaker and rotate them slightly to get the motor to kick in. If the icemaker does not cycle then the icemaker is the issue. If the icemaker cycles then test for 120 vac to the water valve for the icemaker to make sure that there is voltage when it calls for water. If there is power then either the fill tube is frozen or the water valve is faulty. if there is not power then the icemaker would be the issue. Read More...
