Bob for Model Number GE GSS25KSWA Both water dispenser and ice maker stop working. I install a filter bypass valve instead of water filter on my 5 yrs old GE fridge. The water dispenser is ok now but the ice maker isn't working. The green light inside the freezer sometime flashing and sometime is solid on. And I can hear a noise when freezer door is open. Can you tell me pls, if the ice maker unit is bad or just the solenoid valve on the back lower part of fridge?
