Dave for Model Number GSH25JFTAWW I have a 11 year old machine and the ice maker won't make ice. There is water at the door. I have reset the power switch at the maker and flipped the paddle three times to cycle the system. There is no ice and the green light is flashing. Please advise, Dave
Answer Dave, If the ice maker will cycle when you reset then you have power there and possibly a water valve issue. You can check for voltage [120] at the water valve when the unit cycles and if the voltage is supplied to the water valve then either the valve is bad or fill tube is frozen.
